Play Therapy for Every Child

Panda Play Therapy works in partnership with schools and directly with parents across the West Midlands.

Schools can commission in-school support, while parents can book private sessions for their child—making therapy accessible in a way that suits each family and setting.

We support children aged from 3 - 11 years.

The Power of Play in Child Development

Children express themselves through play!

Play therapy helps children express emotions, make sense of their experiences and develop healthy coping skills.

Using creative and play-based resources such as sand, clay, puppets, art and music, children are supported to explore their feelings and build resilience in a way that feels natural and developmentally appropriate.

Hello, I’m Raj

I completed my BA in Fine Art in 2012 at the University of Kent, where I won the vice chancellor's prize for my 'life-sized' hybrid elephant, which still stands outside the Medway Campus at the University of Kent today!

I was then successfully awarded a scholarship by the University of Loughborough, where I studied an MA in Art in the Public Sphere.

My studies in art sparked a deep interest in mindfulness and creativity, and I became fascinated by how creative expression supports child development.

This naturally led me to explore the impact of play on children, which ultimately guided me into the field of Play Therapy with the Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy. (APAC)

I am registered with Play Therapy UK (PTUK) and accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I have an Enhanced DBS and receive regular clinical supervision to ensure the highest standards of professional practice and work within PTUK's ethical framework.

I work across the West Midlands. with a centre for parents in Willenhall, Walsall.
